"Warm and approachable, astute, honest, humorous, in touch with the wider educational world; enjoys teaching maths (does one quarter of a timetable, up to GCSE). Values individual teachers who can enthuse pupils and is keen to foster staff talent; wants to maintain the school's high academic standards and enable girls from less privileged backgrounds to succeed. Parents say she deals with problems 'promptly and appropriately' and makes herself available in a flexible way". GOOD SCHOOLS GUIDE
