Inspection Report
The Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) Interim Inspection Report for Bradford Girls’ Grammar School, November 2009 can be downloaded using the link on the right of this page.
ISI is the agency responsible for the inspection of independent schools and Bradford Girls' Grammar School received an excellent report which will serve as a useful tool in informing planning and decision making for the future development of the school.
Some of the observations made by the ISI team:
- Results in GCSE and A level over the last three years for which comparative data are available have been high in comparison with all maintained schools.
- Pupils are highly articulate and write fluently. They develop effective skills and understanding in mathematics and in information and communication technology (ICT), applying them well in other subjects.
- Pupils success is underpinned by excellent pastoral care.
- Pupils show outstanding levels of personal development.
