BGGS Triumphs with Bold, Expressive and Incredibly Entertaining Dance Show

Bradford Girls’ Grammar School wowed audiences over three nights with ‘Expressions’ a spectacular dance show involving excellent choreography, enhanced by imaginatively designed costumes, professional lighting and special effects.

The theme was self-expression and abstract art, poetry and literature were brought together to create a show that everyone would be talking about.  Street dance, flash mobs, and even a little cabaret kept the audiences enthralled and comedy sketches in between routines made the audience howl with laughter.

Pupils from leading independent school for girls, Bradford Girls' Grammar School swam 2.5 miles of Lake Windermere to raise money for LEPRA Health in Action. 14 year old Abigail Buckle and Emily Addison were supported all the way by Natasha Gallimore 14, who rowed in a boat with her father alongside them. The girls raised £120 and modestly did not publicise their commendable achievement. LEPRA Health in Action is an international charity whose vision is a world in which the poorest and most marginalised people have equitable access to health and an improved quality of life.
