With its doors always open to our Old Girls, Bradford Girls’ Grammar School was delighted to welcome a return visit from a former pupil, Heidi Cameron. Now living in Italy, Heidi took the opportunity whilst in England to visit her old school and specifically show her two children where she spent her formative years.
‘The school holds such wonderful memories for me’, said Heidi. ‘I just love the tradition of the school. The library looks exactly the same and the hall, but most of all the science rooms. Apart from the modern equipment, the benches and the whole look and feel of the rooms are exactly the same. I can still remember our chemistry lessons with many of our experiments which often went slightly array.’
After leaving the school with excellent grades, Heidi went on to study European Languages and a Business at Leeds. She now works for KMPG in Italy.
