Old Girls' Union

The next Old Girls' Reunion will take place on:

Saturday 20th September, 2008.

The school will be open on the day for visitors to look around the school, have lunch and meet with old friends.

We would also be pleased to accommodate any special reunions e.g. 50 years, within the main reunion.

To organise this, or to contact your old school friends from a certain year group, please telephone the OGU Administrator.

If you wish to place your name on the Old Girls' Database please contact the OGU Administrator . You will then automatically receive information each year about the event.

We are currently in need of a Minutes Secretary to take minutes of the AGM and our Treasurer will be retiring from her position shortly.

The Name ‘Lady Royd’ has been connected with The Girls’ Grammar School, Bradford for almost 80 years.  But, of course, Lady Royd is more than a name.  For generations of pupils it has been the launch pad for many educational opportunities that have opened doors to rewarding and challenging careers.

It is with mixed emotions that the Governors have decided to move the Preparatory School into brand new accommodation. 

To commemorate this we have produced a History of Lady Royd, which is available to purchase.
