Class Captains and 'Houses'

Class Captains 2011/12

Every pupil at Lady Royd school belongs to a 'House'.  The House system is central to school life and it is an important vehicle for pupils to get fully involved in school activities.   House Points can be earned through healthy competition in both sporting and academic study.  Sharing a house with fellow pupils gives an ideal opportunity for friendship, support, communication, courtesy and respect.  Houses within Lady Royd are colour coded and are allocated when each child is enrolled at the school.  All House Captains are from L3 (Y6), the most senior class in Lady Royd.
