Our GCSE students are celebrating today, having achieved higher overall grades in their GCSE’s since the last public examinations and results were published in 2019.
Our Maths, English and Science results are all higher than national, and significantly more students have achieved the most prestigious grades 7-9. Highlights include English, where over 90% of students achieved grade 4 and above, with over 80% achieving grade 5 and above. Those studying separate sciences achieved an average grade 7 in all three subjects.
Clare Martin, Principal at Bradford Girls Grammar School said: “Despite lockdowns and significant disruption to learning, our students have shown commitment, resilience, and confidence to achieve a fantastic set of results. I am delighted that they will now have the best possible choices for their post 16 destinations and leave us well prepared for the next chapter in their lives.”
We are incredibly proud of our exam results and the achievements of each and everyone of our students. Our latest results are published below
